To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時我係食開北角三哥譚仔，當開左後一間譚仔係我屋企留下，想過下口癮就方便多了，唔使特登答車去我今次叫左三樣野食1：牛丸米線三小辣（走芽九）2：土匪雞翼3：紅油木耳牛丸米線三小辣，快快手食左兩顆 ，同北角個一間味道差不多，d湯真係幾正常，但食完會有小小口渴。土匪雞翼，真係好香，我食呢個會唸返起去大陸交流團，係街邊買個d串燒，有個種孜然粉的味道，所以我唸應該係有落到。 紅油木耳，呢個味道都係蒜泥加辣油，好香嫁，不過我啊妹講笑話木耳對通血管好，但食完後，紅油又塞返血管我覺得食物都ok嫁，但係唯一唔係太好都係地方好避，桌子同桌子如果都有坐人，背會差不多貼住背
