原本有機會去個台灣短trip,但告吹咗,好掛住台灣美食,所以去中環做嘢就check下邊度有台灣美食,就見到呢間小店,一於試下。坐咗陣都陸續坐滿客,中環區晚餐時間都坐滿人,相信質素都唔差。薑絲炒水蓮 - $88之前響台灣都未見過水蓮呢種蔬菜,一於試下,都幾清新清爽,質地令我覺得佢纖維相當豐富。香蔥脆皮炸大腸 - $68外皮炸得非常酥脆,中間肉嫩,夾著香蔥,就變成爽脆。蒜泥粉皮白肉 - $68呢個嘅粉皮非常爽,沒有粉的感覺。比較少食到呢種質地嘅粉皮,令到成個涼拌小菜更醒胃。古早肉燥飯伴糖心鴨蛋 - $58肉燥肥瘦適中,所以做到呢感不乾不膩,恰到好處。糖心鴨蛋半凝固狀態做得剛剛好,不太稀不太硬。大呷小籠湯包 - $38味道充足,若果小籠包皮可以做到更薄,相信會更好食。
