To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐點心也很滿足

平日好少夜晚飲茶，緣由買咗復活節萬怡酒店山頂大富翁套票Staycation，唔包晚餐，剛好可以試試西營盤附近美食，Openrice評分都唔錯，唔光係點心，亦有飯食，就選呢家啦，我哋7點半左右到，店入面好少人，原來夜晚8點Close，午餐一定要排隊啦，點了芝麻蝦🦐多士，上菜好快，非常好食，老少皆宜，蝦肉選料新鮮，蝦肉超級厚，多士炸的剛剛好，芝麻夠多夠香口，馬拉糕亦有水準，鬆軟唔粘牙，仔姜皮蛋蝦肉卷都好食，頗有創意，口水雞就唔夠正宗，但都好味，其他食物都話可以，總體性價比都不錯，很滿意的晚餐，有機會會再去食蝦多士，試試邪惡嘅流心西多士。
