朋友約係太子食飯,竟然話去飲茶。夜晚飲茶真係好似都係第一次,而且店鋪重要叫做「籠太子」咁威水,一於睇下有咩咁勁叫到做龍太子~蜜味叉燒腸的腸粉熱辣辣。但係粉漿略為厚了點,叉燒份量唔夠同豉油唔夠,所以味道淡了點,重有少少乾爭爭的感覺。堅流心,蒸的時間同埋配料份量剛剛好,做到流心的感覺。唔會太甜同太膩,味道唔錯。但係流心的量唔夠大,唔夠過癮咸水角熱辣辣,炸得夠脆夠新鮮。入面材料的味道同市面的分別不大,勝左夠新鮮出爐。多醬蒸鳳爪,其實即係鳳爪。醬汁與鳳爪的味道材料都同市面的冇咩分別,醬汁夠濃但唔算話真係好多醬~哈哈小籠包好食既,入面的肉汁的確唔少,可以啜啜聲咁飲湯汁的確唔錯。肉質同皮都唔錯,幾好食。感覺上所有點心中最有驚喜的一道,入面有芝士同埋好鮮味的蝦膠,好多汁。出面用面條包住黎炸,炸卜卜幾好食。不過炸得比較油膩左少少,女仔食小心肥呀!海鮮蘿白絲煎薄餅,其實唔好好食到蘿白的味道同口感,只係一道比較脆身的中式煎薄餅。但味道的確唔錯,都幾好食。
