To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚去吃晚飯,選了雞粒豆腐煲和蒜蓉粉絲蒸排骨,鹵魚雞粒豆腐煲冇乜味個汁水希希,肉和豆腐好似隊落微波爐翻熱既質感,好鞋,食左D算,之後上個排骨肉鬆粉多到令肉完全變質,難吃食落口感好怪仲好酸😖,差過預制菜既感覺,平時日頭既出品算ok,夜晚食物質素則非常之差,好明顯冇心做,管理好有問題,出品冇良心,兩個餐加埋差唔多成兩舊水俾D甘既野客食,叫兩餸飯都冇甘嬲,以後唔會再幫襯晚飯,我都未試過差到甘要出食評😤,希望佢哋好自為之。
