To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 肥妹仔今晚同屋企人去咗九龍灣嘅企業廣場食晚餐。雖然個位置唔算好開揚,但係入到去都見到好多人食飯,睇嚟呢一間中酒樓都應該有一定嘅水準。蠔皇八頭鮑魚扣金錢四位  $107鮑魚大大隻,冬菇亦都好大粒,鮑魚食落去好香蠔油味,亦都煮得夠淋身,好好食,而佢嘅冬菇用料不錯,咬落去啖啖肉,好厚身。金銀菜燉白肺湯  $128肥家姐好鍾意飲豬肺湯,所以叫咗呢一個白肺湯試一試。個湯好清甜,好濃菜乾嘅味道,而豬肺都洗得好乾淨,一啲異味都冇。竹笙羅漢上素  $78肥妹仔我哋叫咗呢一個羅漢上素食,入面有竹笙,蘿蔔,雲耳,雜菌,菜心,芽菜等等,非常豐富。個醬汁味道夠濃,所以食落去唔會好單調,啲蔬菜都好新鮮,食落去好爽口。脆皮豬手  $128隻脆皮豬手好大份,外皮炸到非常香脆,而且灑上勁多炸蒜粒,食落去好濃蒜味。豬肉嘅肉質亦都好滑嫩,送飯一流。生煎菜肉包六隻  $38呢一個生煎菜肉包就似我哋平時去酒樓食嘅菜肉包一樣,不過個底就會煎到香,脆總括嚟講個菜肉包味道不錯。清蒸龍躉斑另外肥爸仲叫咗一條龍躉斑,呢一個龍躉斑超級好食,先講佢嘅魚肉,肉質非常嫩滑,蒸既火喉啱啱好,而且佢個蒸魚豉油非常鮮味,肥妹仔我真係攞嚟撈咗成碗飯食
