To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前聽說這家很好吃，剛好今天下班找完人之後經過，看到很多客人這家店走進去就沒錯啦。一開始看不太懂菜單，也因此就看到了個套餐，就給他點了下去，我現在記得我吃了貢丸、火腿、豆皮、青菜，一堆肉品跟豬肝。很像台灣的海鮮麵，然後我還點了湖南口味的湯頭，酸酸辣辣的口味，吃起來真過癮。只是因為沒有太多人來吃不然就會點更多小菜來配了。看到對面的皮蛋很想吃一口，然後湯頭部分還有重慶口味偏辣還有原味的。下次我要再來試看看重慶的三個辣椒口味。很久沒有吃到這麼地道的米線了。實實在在的給讚！
