To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上食唔係好多人。易有位夜晚好似係冇粉麵賣叫咗榴槤肉餅飯，入面真係有真材實料嘅榴槤肉喺裏面，唔係打蓉咗，係真係肉。可惜嘅係有一半係生肉另外一半好熟，上枱嘅時候一切開已經好大浸榴槤味。都幾香。豬肉方面比較多肥肉。未食過既都可以一試。另外叫咗個薯條上枱嘅時候有啲唏噓，可能我預期得薯條比較多。係實質上又唔係真係咁多。煙肉方面整得比較硬身，香草方面係用一條好長嗰啲香茅整成唔係香草粉。薯條揸得好香脆，好食😋。好似$29？
