To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時呢間都幾多人去,可能我地去到的時候都9點幾,唔洗等,都係叫餸食飯。牛肉煲,睇落去好似好少,但其實都好夠分量,味道唔錯,薑蔥配合d汁都幾惹味。唔知係唔係比較夜,原本叫金針雲耳蒸雞但變左臘腸蒸雞(有一個雲耳)。d臘腸好味,d雞都ok滑。+多兩杯凍檸茶冇影相,比外面茶餐廳大杯dd。會再黎食。
