唞唞係我最近一個禮拜去左兩次既餐廳,朝早係一間coffee house,不過我未有機會試(成日覺得weekend daytime西九好多人…);夜晚搖身一變左做cocktail & gin bar,有食物提供,而佢個餐牌都不定時轉下,保持新鮮感👍🏻今次重點推介佢三款食物(全部都係新menu):【 Lobster & Clams Pasta with White Wine Sauce (白酒汁煮龍蝦&蜆意粉) • $288 】呢個係用原隻龍蝦烹調,龍蝦肉質鮮嫩,未食已經見到好多膏,煮得好軟熟彈牙,龍蝦鉗仲要剝左殻!另外,花蛤既數量都多,不過無特別數過,我諗應該要有至少十隻,每隻都好鮮甜肥美,絕對係誠意之作!【 Lobster Sandwich (龍蝦三文治) • $248 】呢個lobster sandwich係我既最愛!呢個同意粉一樣都係用原隻龍蝦,原本以為係唔知點樣將原隻龍蝦用兩塊麵包夾住,但原來佢係將龍蝦拆肉夾係兩塊包中間,不過仲會可以食到大大舊龍蝦肉(例如龍蝦鉗佢無切開)。另外,佢個包烘到外面超脆入面好軟熟,完全唔比龍蝦比下去。每次必叫之選👍🏻【 Guinness Batter

【 Guinness Batter Fish & Chips with Miso Mayonnaise (炸魚薯條配面豉蛋黃醬) • $238 】
Fish & Chips係最新出既食物,炸魚係用鱈魚,每件都大大舊,炸粉唔會好厚,亦都炸得啱啱好,外面好脆,魚肉好滑。另外,薯條都好高質,每條都好粗好脆,不過呢個蛋黃醬就無黑松露醬(叫potato cheese balls跟既)咁吸引,所以都建議大家叫埋個potato cheese balls,兩樣炸物一齊食😆
佢個drink menu淨係得gin/ cocktail,如果唔想飲酒,可以問下佢地,佢地都有offer 2-3款mocktail。同埋佢地有時夜晚會有event唔開放,所以記住去之前留意佢地個ig或者whatsapp book定位先🖐🏻
