很少對酒樓的招牌菜有興趣,除了天香樓的黃油蟹及福臨門的灼螺片外這間是少數之一!這間鳳城餐牌上的招牌菜早己試勻,(但大多數是煎炸類)今晚因太后在場所以只有預訂了的炸蟹拑一款.五人不算有食力之輩:乳豬拼生腸----在這裡食晚飯例牌之一!乳豬件依然皮脆肉嫩!生腸這次就很一般,有部份甚至韌到咬唔開.雞湯燉翅仔----雞湯底足料夠味,翅仔份量都幾多!炸子雞半隻----總覺得這裡做的比北角店好,雞肉嫩滑得來骨沒有血.西蘭花帶子----西蘭花飛水飛得太熟!再落鑊翻炒又淋又索哂油,帶子普普通通唔難食.炸蟹拑----晚飯例牌之二!貨真價實大大隻啖啖肉!無挑剔!梅菜炆腩仔----失敗之作!梅菜有兩層味道,面層淡而無味,底層咸到苦!腩肉似柴皮,皮同膏都未炆得"化"!唯一一碟食剩無清碟.西米布甸----晚飯例牌之三!除咗以前美孚的好世界酒樓做得好食過佢!暫時最正都仲喺呢度!
