做節,家人揀左黎依度,就貪佢交通方便,又可以試下經典的順德菜。不見門外有人等候,但一推門入來,就發現係全場滿座,檯擺得非常密,自然係想在做節高峰期多做生意。因為遲來,菜單家人早已發辦,都不外乎係炸子雞,魚,西米布甸一類的菜式。味道不是很差,過得去,但實在有點點乏善可陳,食過印象都不深,可能之前抱得太大希望而來。大家吃得不是很盡量,才發現好像沒有叫他們的"名菜" 生腸,於是就又來一碟。這裡的生腸很出名,就是橙色滷味那種。黎到嘅係大大碟,都OK嘅,幾爽口,冇異味,黎到就可以一食。依一餐飯,感覺最深刻的不是食物的質素,而家環境!點解?因為依一餐飯一路食就一路大汗疊細汁,可能因為實在坐得太多人喇,樓底又矮,坐坐下就好焗,唔止熱,而係空氣好唔流通的感覺,坐得好辛苦,真係幾好食都係咁話,希望店方可以改善下啦。

這裡的生腸很出名,就是橙色滷味那種。黎到嘅係大大碟,都OK嘅,幾爽口,冇異味,黎到就可以一食。

訂座的時候,接線生話訂名菜,要預先付訂金。環境幾擠迫,枱同枱之間好貼,食用器具真係一定要講,污糟到接受唔到囉! 簡直想嘔, 聽屋企人講,廁所環境更加惡劣添!餸菜來說,除咗個金錢雞和小炒王係煮得比較好食之外,其他的餸我都係覺得一般。炸子雞隻雞唔係新鮮雞,係雪藏雞,好大陣雪藏味。百花釀竹笙個蝦膠係霉,竹笙有微酸的味道。焗釀蟹蓋焗得好燶,蟹肉都唔係太新鮮,份量亦都好少。西米布甸雖然唔會太甜,但係個面硬掘掘,有啲似年糕。

雞紮,外邊的腐皮相當之大條,內裏有雞、魚肚、以及豬肚,雞紮內裏有豬肚實屬罕見,魚肚的味道亦都相當不錯,沒有酸味,甚為爽口的。



麻蓉包,本身不算非常肚餓,但麻蓉包實屬少見,因此我還是吃了半個,比蓮蓉沒有那麼甜,質地還有一點點的稀疏狀態,連包皮都不算太厚,因此也不錯。

魷魚鬚同樣炸得好,粉薄而內裏粗大,不會太厚炸粉。






糯米雞大大隻,份量非常多,味道亦都不算太鹹,大大隻、四方形的糯米雞入邊,有叉燒、蛋黃、冬菇粒等等,用料充足。

一行五人,點了炸子雞(半只) 、大斑兩吃(雲勝炒斑球+枝竹炆頭腩)﹑梅菜扣腩仔和蒜蓉炒莧菜。之前一直去北角鳳城酒家很好吃,第一次來太子鳳城酒家吃晚飯,兩店的水平簡直是雲泥之別。太子鳳城價錢偏高,小菜平均百多元港幣一個,最便宜的是蒜蓉炒莧菜(98元)﹐最好吃也是炒莧菜,炸子雞是還好,至少是脆皮,其他東西如梅菜扣腩仔和大斑兩吃是水準之下,跟街市便宜的兩餸飯的水準差不多。沒叫茶,只要一壺滾水和兩罐汽水,收了90元茶錢,這還算可以接受,最離譜是,一碟放在桌面,豉油碟大小的酸蘿蔔條,份量不足20克,居然要收56元,完全是劏客!這樣一頓普通晚餐,花費過千港幣,還要不好吃,絕對不會來第二次。

另外條魚都好鮮蒸得岩岩好,魚肉好滑😋,不過個豉油就太鹹啦!

之前食過其他地區嘅鳳城,整體感覺OK,我只會用貨真價實去形容。上星期朋友生日,第一次去鳳城太子店。我們一共14人,由於大部份係男仔個個都大大隻好食得所以叫咗好多餸。先來兩隻八寶鴨、餡料充足鴨肉鮮嫩、食材質素甚佳、沒有過分調味。全枱大贊、不到10分鐘兩隻11八寶鴨比我們徹底消滅😋😋😋😋炸子雞都好食,未影相就食晒,俾我揀會鍾意八寶鴨多啲。好多地方都有好食炸子雞,但係八寶鴨就唔容易搵到。有食神庇佑蝦多士、鯪魚球、上湯粉果,味道、溫度同口感恰到好處。😋😋😋西芹牛柳粒唔錯,牛肉幾淋冇雪藏味。豆醬炒唐生菜,夠鑊氣不過冇影相煎蓮藕餅相對係冇咁出色,都過得去嘅壽飽meet standard 唔錯,西米布甸甜度啱啱好,新鮮出爐香噴噴。😋😋😋係食過最好食嘅鳳城、上菜快、熱辣辣,金毛經理笑容可恭,服務好好。呢一餐食得好開心!希望佢哋可以維持到更高嘅水準。

每次如果一大班人食飯, 又想食中菜的話, 都會諗起鳳城酒家, 因為它們的乳豬, 窩貼大明蝦 (蝦多士), 脆皮炸子雞, 大良炒鮮奶等等, 都係必食之選。化皮乳豬拼生腸, 乳豬皮夠脆, 不太肥, 好食!炒桂花魚片, 一整條上枱, 頭, 魚肚及魚尾均炸得香脆, 朋友全吃掉了。脆皮炸子雞每枱都會叫的, 跟檸檬, 淮鹽, 不點也好味。 雞肉超嫩滑, 有人真的連皮吃的, 可惜我不吃。炒豆苗一般啦, 都 ok!鳳城炸粉果, 要連湯吃的, 炸得乾身, 食落少少煙韌, 有 D 似咸水角。每塊蝦多士上面都有一隻大蝦, 爽口又好食, 只是嫌多士有 D 太油了。大良炒鮮奶, 炒得很嫩滑, 不會過火, 面頭舖滿松子仁, 很香。最後到甜品了。呢個蓮蓉焗西米布甸是要預早訂的, 人多 share 食的確幾好。表面焗得香而不會燶, 入面是滿滿的西米及白蓮蓉, 西米很淋, 白蓮蓉又香又滑。Perfect!
