身為粉嶺人,越菜選擇唔多(泰國菜好多🙈)。見到粉嶺中心呢個鋪位開越菜,好開心要試!🥗 燒大蝦柚子沙律 🥗柚子大粒漲卜卜好有口感而且完全冇苦澀味,柚子外主要就係原粒腰果、紅洋蔥同兩隻大蝦🦐🦐。少少辣嘅汁配埋花生碎,香口又開胃。🦑燒魷魚筒🦑熱辣辣嘅原條醬燒魷魚❤️ 唔係普通燒汁燒,因為有少少辛辣,非常惹味😋。魷魚質感唔會話太韌,口感爽彈,而我最鍾意魷魚鬚帶點焦香,要同爸爸爭食🤣🍍大蝦菠蘿炒飯🍍連菠蘿上嘅炒飯,成功先呃like影相🤳🏻。加入大量紅蝦仔,非常鮮味!欣賞佢菠蘿唔會切到太細粒,保持口感,咬中甜甜嘅菠蘿果時,有種幸福感(菠蘿控好浮誇🤣)。仲有魷魚圈增加口感!烤焗嘅大蝦非常香噴噴,如果去埋殼先上碟更好(媽媽比較懶🙈)。炒飯炒得夠乾食,就算有菠蘿都冇影響到👍🏻🍊橙汁 & 冬薏米水🍊橙汁係全鮮榨橙汁,好驚喜😍 冬薏米水好足料,1/3杯冬薏米,食都食飽🤣
