To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

正所謂日頭晚做,到依家輕鬆下~晚上當然要和家人吃頓好的,今晚和他們到這家開業了一久的煌府酒家,店的格局主力做婚宴,裝修瑰麗堂皇。 店員極力推介至尊孖寶($288),句括蜜汁叉燒王及清蒸海鮮斑(約一斤)。上菜很快,叉燒暖暖的,頭尾嫌略鞋,不過中間的肉質鮮嫩,夠多汁,不錯! 這條清蒸海鮮斑賣相不錯,肉質嫩滑,味道鮮美。 竹笙南乳溫公齋煲($98),這個鍋的賣相有點像家用的器具,用料足,有竹笙,腐竹及菇類,最正的當然還有吸收了各種配料鮮味的粉絲啦,不過這道菜略嫌咸了少許,且芡汁結身了點。 上湯芝士焗波士頓龍蝦($288)+ 伊面底($30),龍蝦足一隻,肉質極之彈牙,味道鮮美,好得!加上芝士伊面,很滿足呀!
