To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友請食飯,  訂了樂雅軒,  油麻地城景國際酒店 一樓的中菜廳. 餐廳地方寬敞,  燈光悠和, 裝修典雅.  糸晚飯聚會好地方.   朋友訂位時, 已預訂套餐   , 每位 $398-.  菜式特別又豐富.  頭盤:   皇軒情四小品:  1 ) 蔥油海蜇燻蹄, 開胃好食.2)  鳳尾蝦多士,  蝦多士夠大件, 炸得金黃色, 很香脆, 蝦膠飽滿豐富, 入口彈牙, 加點醋汁, 更醒胃.3) 黑魚子醬帶子萵筍,  手工菜, 帶子萵筍吃得清甜,  伴上黑魚子醬及杞子, 囗感更好.4)  七味豆腐磚,   炸豆腐外皮炸粉鬆脆, 外脆內軟,  有豆香,  調味非常好. 接著送上  滋補濃湯花膠雞, 養生燉湯, 湯料足, 花膠膠質豐富, 雞肉甜美, 燉湯火喉夠, 味清香, 慢慢品嘗.  桃酥鱈魚球,   鱈魚球肉質優,  煎得十分香口,   配上炸合桃,  香脆可口, 更添美味.   蠔皇花菇扣鮑魚,   鮑魚及花菇燘得入味又軟稔,  用上蠔皇醬汁, 肉汁豐富,  入口更惹味,  伴有嫩綠菜心, 正 !!金枝玉葉炸子雞,   脆皮燒雞伴上川椒葉, 賣相亮麗.   上枱時仍帶溫熱, 金黃色炸皮,
