去享樂烘焙入貨, 又可以頂替兩三天的早餐, 真好. 相比起Scone來說, 它的Muffin較少人揀, 較低調, 但味道和口感同樣吸引. 我點的是小山園抹榮風味, 享樂的茶系烘焙甚少出錯, 這件也不例外, 抹茶甘香由內而外滲透出來, 外脆內鬆軟, 有點像吃Cup Cake, 不會死甜也不會過油, 平衡度剛好.另外點的包類也不錯, 像是焙茶菠蘿包, 同樣做到茶香內外皆有. 菠蘿皮香脆但不鬆散, 咬下來原塊裂開, 沒有一地碎屑, 內裡相當厚實, 沒有內餾亦沒有空洞, 就是吃完會很飽足的類型. 至於忌廉包的忌廉, 口感是小時候吃到的厚實和甜, 用上脆包不容易浸着忌廉而糊化, 是一個保存上的優勢.Having breakfast or tea with the bread from Ly Bakery is always nice. Having breakfast or tea with the bread from Ly Bakery is always nice. Besides the scones and bagels, the muffin and bread there are nice as well, especially with the tea flavour. The matcha muffin is crispy and soft from outside to inside while the Hojicha bun is free of the aroma from tea.
