To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 先來一碟開胃小食-涼拌茄子蜜餞叉燒皇,味道正常桂花糖脆鱔球味道出式,配搭很好,鱔得鮮甜爽脆XO醬麻香海蜇頭,厚身爽口,XO醬小辣沒有蓋過麻香味慈禧花膠湯-足料,花菇厚大又香濃菇味,花膠正常,底部還有瑤柱,好想再來多碗湯鮮香蔥茄汁大虎蝦-大廚一早已細心把大虎蝦開半,很易就可拆開殼,汁不是太濃味,保留到蝦嘅甜,而且蝦亦很爽口醬燒黑豚豬面頰-肉質淋身又滑,醬燒汁味剛好蠔皇北菇扒海參-海參淋身,花姑厚肉菇味香濃金瑤蟹肉桂花銀絲這個芹味較重,因為我不好芹的味道,所以覺得比較失色,但驚喜嘅係醋用了分子料理製法變成了三文魚籽般,而且醋酸味得宜,放入口食到醋香又不會太酸楊枝金露也很好,芒果鮮味,柚子粒也香一餐開心好味的晚餐,希望長期有人帶我去食好嘢啦😋😋😋😋😋
