To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

普慶餐廳 The Astor 近年自助餐都幾出名今次見到promotion - 自助早餐特價 星期一至五$98 weekend $128🐼 就book位去試吓 食物質素大部份都正正常常 餐廳裝修幾有特色 (唔知點解有好多狗嘅公仔裝飾🐶) 唔係行特別華麗嘅路線 但幾貼地舒服早餐buffet 分咗好多唔同嘅counter，包括 : 💛 西式早餐 - 煙肉 腸仔 薯餅 蛋 翠玉瓜蕃茄 南瓜 🎃 薯仔 之類💛 中式早餐 - 粥 油炸鬼 豆漿 點心 腸粉💛 蛋奄列station - 即叫即整蛋奄列 入邊切開 熟嘅程度啱啱好 有少少流心 唔錯唔錯 👍🏻💛 生滾麵station - 可以淥碗菜湯丸丸魚蛋麵💛 麵包同糕點 - 有好多唔同種類嘅麵包同埋甜點 有個提子奶黃酥 甜嘅程度啱啱好 👍🏻 最特別嘅係 竟然有得食 雞蛋仔! 都算係自助早餐入邊第一次見嘅開個pancake加cream都好好食 😋 我食咗好多塊 😹💛 Salad bar💛 Cheese station💛 Cereal station💛 Cold cuts💛 Yoghurt - 仲有啲果肉jam 俾你落落去 佢嘅原味乳酪幾好食喎 感覺非常
