To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日下午茶時間因為工作需要嚟到土瓜灣譚公道。見肚餓就走咗入去呢間陽光餐廳諗住食啲嘢。餐廳裝修一般茶記格局，環境清潔度亦只屬一般，地下、餐牌等亦都唔算乾淨。不過見入邊都有幾多茶客，心諗嘢食應該唔錯所以都系決定繼續喺度食。下午茶餐都有幾多選擇。點咗一份干燒伊麵，配一杯熱鴛鴦，一共$32。干燒伊麵，上好顏色都唔錯。入邊有少少冬菇絲、芽菜及韮王做配料，不過味道亦只屬一般。熱鴛鴦顏色唔錯，奶茶同咖啡嘅比例，亦都幾好，都夠味，屬於正常貨色。
