小菜幾出色，最基本最簡單就最有難度，椒鹽鮮魷脆漿超薄，水煮牛有點跟出面不同，但唔係唔好食，胡椒豬肚花甲似乎花甲份量不多，味道很好，其他既小炒王，蒸扇貝，啫啫通菜都脆炸牛腩好送酒
