To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與沙太太慕名而來嘆奶茶，下午四點鐘到達，已經有十幾人在門口等候。等了約半小時，才能安排入座卡位。　叫了西多士、沙爹牛肉麵，及熱奶茶兩杯。西多士先到，還是覺得中環 "蘭香園" 的比較合口味。沙爹牛肉麵的牛肉凍冰冰，明顯是從雪櫃直接放於熱的麵上，感覺未夠細心。奶茶反而奶味蓋過茶味，愛多奶的朋友應該較為合意。　總括食品其實都係普通，未見有任何特色及驚喜之處。
