To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我約咗兩個朋友嚟食晚餐,呢度環境不錯,坐得幾舒服。我哋order咗炸蝦餅 ($52)、蔗蝦配檬粉($58)、麵包咖喱雞($125)、香蔥蒜茸包($20)、西蘭花炒蓮藕($55)、鮮蝦金邊粉($68)。炸蝦餅 - 爽口有蝦味,味道不錯。蔗蝦配檬粉 - 蝦膠爽口,但蔗太乾,有汁。檬粉都ok嘅。麵包咖喱雞 - 咖喱幾香,雞就嚡咗啲,個包就唔錯,吸咗啲咖喱汁,很好味。香蔥蒜茸包 - 很乾喇,十分韌,好難食。西蘭花炒蓮藕 - 味道OK,西蘭花和蓮藕都爽口,但辣咗啲。鮮蝦金邊粉 - 味道淡咗啲,料又少,蝦都爽口,但少咗啲。會員咭有85折
