To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說夜晚想同爸爸頹頹地食番個飯,見經過呢間餐廳咁多次都無入去就想話試下佢。夜晚89點到,唔係好多人,入去就有位,未坐定就有侍應叫話睇下食啲咩,係好似傾計咁嘅語氣,印象唔錯。唔係話好肚餓,於是叫左個常餐,番茄濃湯雞絲米粉,有多士炒蛋,茶或咖啡。佢個番茄湯底超級濃,介乎打碎番茄蓉同西式湯中間,雞絲唔係好鞋,普普通通。但個炒蛋麻麻,有啲老。爸爸叫左個番茄豬排飯,隻碟個size嚇親我😂大到有啲離譜。豬排唔係彈牙,而係冧身嘅口感,可能有香料醃過,食落口有煎香同香料味,可以一試。可能唔係太多人,所以上餐速度幾快,食緊嘅時候聽到侍應會問客人好唔好食🤣之後來收碟都有問我地,好似傾計咁,除左一開始落單果個侍應好似無咩禮貌,其他都幾好傾。
