To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為知道粉嶺開左～一直都想試，今日終於有機會試～係OpenRice app內叫外賣好快就有我拎外賣。充滿期待，但番到去打開後 賣相與期待有落差叫左二個單人套餐；一個係肚絲另一個係皇牌雞😊先講肚絲～打開份量都唔算少，但麻多過辣，味道不過不失皇牌雞套餐～打開只有幾舊雞，而且賣相一般，雞食落冇味跟餐要左個唔辣既粉，有少少酸，但湯底對我而言比較咸，吃左粉今晚飲左幾杯水另外叫左二個小吃。炒土豆絲，份量多，但味道一般，只不過因為每次食傷心都會叫所以照order😊雞軟骨完全唔得，一打開盒啲雞軟骨望落好黑，似不停番炸再均番炸既色，我個人吃左有好幾舊有油益味定變壞左既味～總之味道怪怪地；完全唔建議大家叫黎食，最後基本上冇食過總捨而言 我個人覺得味道一般，唔需要太期待，一般般，不過不失😊
