To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慶祝生日朋友揀咗Ozone係我第一次去確實要轉好多次電梯先去到有少少唔方便啦不過啲 staff 好好禮貌即刻加返分個 menu 係 Burger & Lobster我地分吃叫咗啲 starter, main 同 dessertsStarter 幾好Lobster Mac n Cheese 好濃味個 Lobster Rosti 都好好味Main 我揀咗 Spicy Lobster Roll我覺得叫 Lobster Sandwich 會適合啲個 sauce 幾好但個 sandwich 入住啲 lobster好似好多時都食唔到有 lobster 既位個 truffle fries 真心失望唔點 sauce 或茄汁可以話完全冇味反而朋友叫咗 Grilled Mushroom 幾好揀 B&L Burger 應該比較明智甜品揀咗 Cheese Cake 同 Pistachio Tres Leches兩款都唔錯Ozone 啲服務真係好好嘅不過個地方都真係開始舊我地坐 Private Room 唔 impressive 因為同個窗有距離根本望唔到個 view而且見到天花嘅青苔位有啲日久失收既感覺係

我覺得叫 Lobster Sandwich 會適合啲
個 sauce 幾好但個 sandwich 入住啲 lobster
好似好多時都食唔到有 lobster 既位
