To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunchtime既中環真係人山人海，間間食肆都大排長龍，連茶餐廳都唔例外。。咁岩行過呢間唔駛等就直接入左去。。。舊式茶餐廳隔局，有兩層，但都坐得好迫下。呢度淨係食燒味飯，有無限咁多配搭，同埋啲姐姐都惡咖，好心急又選擇困難症之下就揀左四寶飯。中環黎講都算抵食，$52 有紅腸，叉燒，燒肉，油雞同半隻咸蛋。飯好大碟，但係叉燒好肥，基本上都無咩肉其他餸就正正常常，要讚下燒肉都幾好食，皮夠脆唔想等位又要食得飽既話都可以試下

其他餸就正正常常，要讚下燒肉都幾好食，皮夠脆

唔想等位又要食得飽既話都可以試下
