To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我自己都唔係太記得幾耐無食過"元氣"啦，今日走左黎食tea!兩個人，每人叫一份tea set，兩個手卷，兩份三文魚壽司，一客油金魚刺身。Tea set入面由三樣野組合而成，每樣野都可以係menu上揀。基本上，佢所有壽司刺身望落去都係無咩水份，有點乾身，感覺唔係好新鮮 (係旋轉帶上面的蝦刺身...見到蝦頭都發黑...有點恐怖)壽司個舊飯唔夠實，一夾總係分開一半的。手卷我就無食到，但望落去覺得係略為細了一點，份量不足。(仲要一個跟set + $9, 唔抵wo..)tes set其中有揀蟹籽沙律...第一次見D青瓜係切片(irregular shape)..好難夾，蟹柳都係細細舊，人地不嬲都係切絲架嗎...不過咁平...係咁架啦...
