To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次系呢間米線舖食米線，都係因為米線群組推介（社交平台果個，唔係疫情個群組🤪）甘我就叫左個：1. 小鍋米線酸辣湯不過不失，冇咩特別2. 過橋米線第一次食呢款過米線幾有新鮮感，不過配料就cheap咗啲啦，如果佢啲配料再靚多少少咁就正啦3. 蒜泥白肉蒜泥白肉入邊包住一條青瓜條，青瓜條唔算新鮮，而且有啲微軟，口感一般，勝在醬汁調得開胃4. 口水雞口水雞個醬汁調校得酸酸辣辣非常之開胃，柵欄野食完之後都冇肚痛已經very good，不過如果佢比多幾舊雞肉會更加開心，以呢個價格每日只有兩三件，就略嫌貴咗啲啲

蒜泥白肉入邊包住一條青瓜條，青瓜條唔算新鮮，而且有啲微軟，口感一般，勝在醬汁調得開胃


4. 口水雞
口水雞個醬汁調校得酸酸辣辣非常之開胃，柵欄野食完之後都冇肚痛已經very good，不過如果佢比多幾舊雞肉會更加開心，以呢個價格每日只有兩三件，就略嫌貴咗啲啲
