To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

普通牛腩充爽腩

2024年2月21日晚上八時許北角富怡粉麵本人每次食都係柯打爽腩飯，每個月都食四至六次，佢今次整咗碟普通嘅牛腩飯比我，咁我立刻話佢知整錯咗，跟住個老闆娘仲要同我死撐，話啱啱轉咗師傅所以切法唔同咗，佢真係當我唔識㗎，咁我當然話唔要啦，跟住兩分鐘唔使，佢就整番碟正常嘅爽腩飯出來，如果買外賣就肯定中咗伏，牛腩、爽腩、坑腩、崩沙腩，當中就以牛腩最平，間間都係一樣，個客識食先至叫，唔係咁好呃㗎，唔該比番啲良心啦！
