To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在十號風球的下午，剛剛看完戲散場四點幾左右，未到食晚飯的時候，所以便到戲院附近的大家樂吃個下午茶餐。這個叫酸辣湯套餐，包了一碗酸辣湯、一碗叉燒飯及一杯飲品，盛惠$33。雖然說是細叉燒飯，不過叉燒份量不算少，叉燒沒帶半點肥，稍嫌乾身，加上豉油味道是OK的。酸辣湯只是材料擠得滿滿的，感覺像䊢糊，酸辣感不足，味道只是一般，可能食完碗飯有些飽，所以沒有飲晒碗酸辣湯。整體上，價錢有這三樣食物的組合，而且份量亦不算少，我覺得是抵食的。
