提早食團年飯,今次揀咗呢間酒樓嘅金豬好運宴,首先想做個鴻運乳豬全體,乳豬烤得香脆,肥瘦均勻,對於我呢啲好怕肥膩嘅人來講有啖啖肉食。跟住上咗個上湯焗大蝦球衣面,伊面撈埋茨汁都幾好食,而且個蝦球係炸嘅,食落香脆。然後上咗個彩雲帶子蚌片,帶子細粒,而且望落賣相唔吸引,蚌片味道普通。發財好事大利個蠔豉好濃味,配埋個竹笙四喜生翅味道又幾夾,不過個瑤柱花膠伴菜蛋就有啲失望,瑤柱偏少,而且個菜好鹹。不過條清蒸海斑同豉油王脆皮雞都值得一讚,清蒸海斑有魚味,而且唔腥,質素唔錯,想再食多一次,而且個脆皮雞個皮都炸得好香脆,雞肉都好嫩滑,值得讚賞。最後個糯米飯同薑汁千層糕就不過不失,個薑汁千層糕冇乜薑汁味,但就食得出有紅棗味。雖然佢環境都唔算窄,坐得都算寬敞,但係可能因為多人,呢間餐廳連我哋食都未食完就趕住幫我地埋單,好似要講我哋走咁樣,令我哋要急急腳咁食,食都食得唔安落,我覺得呢樣有待改善。
