To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在銅鑼找茶餐廳, 看見新開的這間九龍餐室, 就試一試。進店後空間都不錯, 位置闊, 坐得舒服。叫了兩個下午茶餐。雖然都叫抵食, 但兩個餐味道都不過不失, 沒有驚喜。雞全翼併變心西多 (咖央)一次過滿足我雞翼和西多的願望! 西多算厚, 咖央夾在兩層厚西多之間, 其實只有一點點, 老實說, 點了牛油和蜜糖, 完全食不到咖央味。這個有點失望。但當它是一件普通西多來吃的話, 味道是不錯的, 口感有面包的"煙un", 又有西多的蛋香和脆皮。雞翼都OK, 留有肉汁, 不乾。越式扎肉雞絲湯河粉這個河粉, 就真的普普通通。加埋飲品, 兩個餐只是$74, 其實都算抵的下午茶。但味道一般, 要很順路經過才會來吃, 否則特登搵野食不會來吃。
