To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幫襯華星,全因為朋友從星加坡返黎香港,指明去華星食早餐,咁... 無辦法啦,順吓遠方朋友意思.門口貼哂海報,唔知入面咩環境,入到去,爆場!望吓個餐牌,選擇極少,無咩心水,再望望其他食客,個個都點通粉,咁... 是但點個通粉早餐算,邊食邊等.再望望個CCTV,吓?已經要排隊!有咩咁特別吸引要排隊食通粉?首先通粉唔係我中意嘅坑通,通粉亦煮得唔夠耐,唔係我中意嘅口感.多士夠厚炒蛋滑,但都係一般茶記水平啫,無咩特別,價錢又唔係特別平,明星效應吸引?如果要排隊幫襯,我必閃,最滿意係冷氣足夠。
