To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咸蛋魚皮：咸多於香，勁多味精，都算脆口甜酸排骨：菠蘿青椒蜜瓜炒排骨，係比大排檔少了一份穫氣，味道尚可接受，不過不失口水雞：得個辣字，食唔到係雞黑椒豬手：好肥美，厚肉，夠淋，但味道不濃，醬汁影響左成隻豬手另外食左羊腩煲，168送一碟生菜，份量足，羊腩唔太騷，唔太愛食羊既我都食到，另外馬蹄，支竹配料都非常足，非常多，我覺得足夠四人份量好抵食，比同一商場其他酒樓價錢質素份量都較優勝服務員就比較差，特別女職員，長期黑面對你，反而男職員比較肯做
