To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上水粉嶺呢間都係我食過好多次之中嘅酒家， 不過近年好似水準差咗好多價錢都還商宜， 每日下午茶就會抵食啲， 我最鍾意食呢度嘅蜜汁燒雞翼🥗呢個海鮮鍋湯麵賣相非常之好睇，但可惜，食落去味精好重，啲湯好鹹，個蚌仲要係唔新鮮，啲蝦肉又唔新鮮只係個賣相好睇唔好食😫唯一好食嘅就係燒鵝就比較出名，🙄不過好似水準比以前差， 之前聽人哋講佢哋係自設工場所以燒得比較好食💡環境衛生方面就真係普普通通， 唔知係咪因為酒樓永遠都人多，所以服務都係差😑
