To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫咗牛小扒牛板腱同埋三部合奏套餐二人share食，可選大份或細份餐，兩個價錢。我哋兩份都係大份餐，我覺得都夠食。牛小扒牛板腱呢set嘅牛肉都ok，我感覺用黑椒同鹽係最好味。其他蒜蓉豉油同bbq豉油都係偏甜，可能啱日本人但唔係幾啱我。另一set三部合奏就係雞，豬頸肉同牛五花。豬頸肉ok，雞都ok，但係切得太細粒，係雞粒唔係雞件，唔啱燒烤；牛五花就太肥啦。侍應都有禮又helpful，食就普普通通，但可以玩下燒烤都幾得意嘅，如果 lunch 一個人燒烤下都幾有新意吖，不過如果晚飯同friend食我就覺得揀其他食肆好啲食物多選擇啲又可以坐耐啲。
