To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日黎到大尾督 諗著食下野行下點知多人都爆炸去搵食都好多人 咁岩行到呢間舖門口個店員向我地招手 咁就入左黎喇首先黎個海南雞飯 d雞冇起骨亦都冇雞皮同雞肉之間果層啫喱 但係都幾滑個飯就係普遍油飯 個醬汁幾好味喇沙湯麵 味道都唔錯 俾左好多肥牛之餘仲有豆卜 魚片 蛋 餸菜相當豐富 湯底味道濃郁好香無骨豬手飯 豬手都好入味炆得好淋 而且都俾好多仲有半隻蛋 豬手多到食晒碟飯仲有 個汁好好送飯 環境方面我地坐戶外 都坐得好闊落 環境幾寫意 地方都幾乾淨 服務態度都唔錯
