每一兩個星期都會叫一次和記外賣自取,雖然係員工態度同食物質素都普普通通,但因為疫情下無乜選擇就叫多左。之前都有一個後生仔好好禮貌外嘅,其他人都係普通茶餐廳既面口,所以唔係好明點解Openrice咁多人話D員工伙計好好...可能我唔係熟客掛...有次用App叫左兩個午餐,20分鐘後落到去,阿老闆娘定收銀員話我個Order俾人拎錯左,而對方個Order就留左係鋪頭度,問我介唔介意? 佢都無解釋返人地果兩個Order係咩,又無理我果兩個餐本來係飲咩,咁我當然問清楚。阿老闆娘定收銀員先俾張單我睇係咩,其中一個係豬扒都OK但另一個餐係牛柳,咁我就解釋返我地唔食牛。阿老闆娘定收銀員果一刻仲口up up話:唔知拎錯果個人會唔會拎返落嚟......好彩有個樓面姐姐幫口話:拎返落嚟都唔要啦。😅 佢先話寫返另外一個餐俾我地同埋幫我地換返兩杯凍飲,我講完之後,阿老闆娘定收銀員好似聽唔清楚咁,最後叫我自己行去同水吧講...好彩最後幫我跟單 (即之前幫口個姐姐)都有同我跟返足,亦有話唔好意思。w趕時間,先預早係App叫定,夾時間落去拎,點知最後都係要等...
