To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺第五波疫情之下,好多餐廳又或者酒樓都無開甚至執咗.喺中咗招之後困咗係屋企個幾月實在太掛住飲茶嘅感覺啦!所以今次嚟到中環IFC國金軒順便補足一下周年紀念.因為本身唔係諗住食呢間所以就冇book到位不過可能因為疫情嘅關係所以可以直接Walk in.嚟到之後服務員嘅態度都唔錯叫咗茶之後好快就到而且佢嘅茶壺下面有蠟燭加熱住啲茶所以啲茶就算擺咗一段時間都keep住好熱不過缺點就係 擺得耐啲茶就會變咗好濃.喺疫情之下好多人都要戴住口罩亦未必成日會帶着消毒酒精出街畀得起呢個價錢 當然買嘅就係一種貼心嘅感覺國金軒都好好咁 有個口罩套同埋消毒濕紙巾 啱晒我呢啲大頭蝦.實在係太掛住飲茶嘅感覺所以叫咗必點嘅叉燒、燒肉、蝦餃、燒賣、奶皇包見佢有個日式糯米雞幾特別所以都叫咗諗住嚟試吓可惜因為燒肉太受歡迎嘅關係 所以今次就同佢無緣啦.第一個上菜嘅係叉燒佢用嘅部位唔會太肥亦都唔會燒到好乾又唔似有啲高級茶樓 啲叉燒會揀一啲入口即溶嘅部位反而失去左叉燒有嘅口感呢一個叉燒有口感之餘亦都食到好香嘅豬肉味脂肪比例唔高所以食完都冇種好膩嘅感覺感覺呢個叉燒恰到好處.想完叉燒之後好快就嚟咗日式糯米雞估唔到呢個糯米雞唔係用荷葉包住

可惜因為燒肉太受歡迎嘅關係
所以今次就同佢無緣啦

第一個上菜嘅係叉燒
佢用嘅部位唔會太肥
亦都唔會燒到好乾
又唔似有啲高級茶樓 啲叉燒會揀一啲入口即溶嘅部位
反而失去左叉燒有嘅口感
呢一個叉燒有口感之餘
亦都食到好香嘅豬肉味
脂肪比例唔高
所以食完都冇種好膩嘅感覺
感覺呢個叉燒恰到好處

想完叉燒之後好快就嚟咗日式糯米雞
估唔到呢個糯米雞唔係用荷葉包住
而係有一層皮包住佢
感覺有少少似日式壽司軍艦嘅感覺
佢亦都附送左一個鰻魚汁
林落去就有更加多嘅日式風情
但係佢就缺少咗原本糯米雞嘅荷葉香味
而且嗰種鰻魚汁唔係好夾個糯米雞
不過係幾特別嘅 出邊食唔到嘅味道
呢個點心可以一試 但係下次嚟嘅話就未必會再叫啦

第三個到嘅係燒賣
燒賣嘅造型有啲特別
佢嘅表皮係綠色嘅
唔同平時食開黃色嘅燒賣皮
燒賣上面用咗帶子同埋魚子醬
魚子醬可以帶到帶子嗰種鮮味出嚟
燒賣皮入邊嘅肉餡好香
而且非常多汁

真係好好味!! 強烈推薦!!

之前有睇過點心師傅嘅訪問
話蝦餃係最考一個點心師傅嘅功夫
所以今次嚟食 我就二話不說即刻揀咗蝦餃
佢嘅蝦餃有好多摺 睇得出師傅本身手工嘅功架
蝦餃入邊嘅蝦非常之爽口
仲帶有好多汁
食落去唔會有種好重味精嘅感覺
更加多嘅係佢本身蝦嘅香味

所以都推介蝦餃!

之後最後就到甜品
甜品方面叫咗個比較傳統嘅選項
就係豬仔造型嘅奶皇包
本身以為有造型嘅包
口感都會爭緊啲 例如係有啲位可能會比較硬
佢嘅奶皇包個包成個都做到好鬆軟
而且個賣相都好可愛
個餡唔會太甜
有種啱啱好嘅感覺
不過同出邊茶樓嘅差距未去到好大
相比之下$60一籠
未必會有一種令你哇一聲嘅感覺嘅感覺

不過整體成個感覺都會好休閒
亦都唔會有種出去飲茶好嘈嘅感覺
同女朋友兩個人食就啱啱好
最後食咗五樣食物
埋單七百幾蚊
仲送咗兩盒快速檢測

最後總結
佢嘅價錢有一半去咗環境同埋地段
不過整體食物嘅水平都唔錯
如果間唔中食一次 都會有種滿足嘅感覺

希望疫情快啲過去
咁就可以食到更加多好嘅餐廳
