🍡串燒 :牛舌、手羽、雞皮、雞軟骨、免治雞軟骨撐
🍡牛舌 - 最鍾意食牛舌,因為牛舌嘅有牛肉鮮味,但唔會有油膩感,入口軟軟嫩嫩,味道口感一流;
🍡手羽外皮燒得甘香,肉質鮮嫩,用些小鹽花作調味,已經足夠。
🍡燒雞皮,燒完口感脆脆,非常甘香,一丁點油脂都無晒,令我對雞皮完全改觀😆,只有食串燒,我先會食雞皮呢樣邪惡食物😆。
🍡免治雞軟骨捧,呢款都係串燒必點,入口雞軟骨慢慢逐漸爆發,口感一流👍🏻,蘸點埋蛋醬,入口順滑甘香。
