To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次到最高中菜廳食晚飯，我地冇選擇套餐，想試下招牌小食點完菜就上左當天的前菜，係鹵水鮑魚加酸薑皮蛋。鮑魚入味，但味道較濃，搶了鮑魚的鮮味，亦略嫌口感太軟，沒有有鮑魚的彈牙口感。大蝦窩貼，係今晚最好食，最值得推介！😋😋香脆可口，大蝦爽甜，配埋酸甜汁可以食多幾件。最出名既黑毛豬叉燒，呢度係半份既份量，但好厚，份量好有誠意。叉燒夠肉質，但欠缺barbecue 既味道，冇燒蜜汁既惹味同香甜。如果可以燒得足d, 會更好。呢個譽為最好食既叉燒，實在不符事實，都幾失望。釀蟹蓋，蟹肉好多，但忌廉搶左蟹肉味道。而且師傅功力唔好，太多蟹殼🤨🤨，一路食要一路損出黎😟鴿肉兩食，呢個配搭唔錯，每個味道都試到，唔會膩鮑魚滑雞脆麵，味道好一般，鮑魚完全冇鮮味，啲汁應該分開一d 另上，依家太多，太鹹，有浸軟晒中間既麵。大廚應該要細心諗下上菜安排。呢個價錢有大半係為個景而黎，服務都算好，但中餐廳黎講，味道其實好普通。
