To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週末和朋友一行四人訂了Restaurant Week的五道佳餚晚餐套餐，$788+10%/人，特殊菜品選擇可以加錢，茶錢另計。埋單平均每位$970。ICC高層的地理位置，景色有天然優勢（不過自助餐那邊更好看）。食物水平以米芝蓮標準來說只能算是中等，沒有特別驚艷，也不難吃。服務態度就有些強差人意，不知道是不是因為叫了套餐？還是人手不足？侍應的態度傲慢。每次茶水見底都沒人斟，要叫好久才到，又不肯把茶壺放在桌上。上完甜品沒多久就自動送上帳單，趕人味濃。（相比之下，對面海龍景軒的服務要好很多）總體來說食物不算差，但套餐裡沒有特別矜貴的食材，也沒有特別驚艷的菜品（龍蝦湯還不錯），所以性價比不算高。如果約朋友賞景聊天的話還不錯。
