To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

景色滿分，食物一般的打卡下午茶

早前ritz carlton推出優惠，$481+10%兩位的夏花盛放下午茶，當然要去試試其實我之前來過吃晚餐，但因為夜晚的海景盡是黑壓壓一片，今次特意來看看下午的景色我們很幸運坐在窗邊的位置，100多樓居高臨下，仿佛在天空俯瞰香港，當然是滿分這天天氣不算很好，但陽光輕柔灑落，還是覺得很滿意喝熱朱古力也不用加錢，另外亦有多款茶可以選擇可惜食物味道是一般，全部都是只得甜度，沒什麼味道，連我最愛吃的scone亦是普通，不夠香味最好吃的是香橙朱古力蛋糕
