源自台灣的古早味蛋糕近年在本港掀起熱潮,專門店愈開愈多,備受愛好者追捧,筆者當然也不例外。早前去銅鑼灣做嘢,路經景隆街,見到小巴站對面新開咗間「阿里山」台灣古早味蛋糕店。睇咗門口嘅價錢牌,口味非常之多,既有傳統、亦有新派,款款都好吸引,身為古早蛋糕嘅粉絲,當然唔可以錯過,一於買番個返屋企做下午茶。蛋糕有兩個 Size,分小盒同大盒,揀咗個細盒裝嘅日本柚子蜂蜜 ($60),連個蛋糕盒都與別不同,小巧精緻。聽店員講,個蛋糕係用日本直送嘅真柚子皮同台灣龍眼蜜炮製,面頭的柚子皮下得非常慷慨,一打開個盒就已經聞陣陣清新的柚子香氣。件蛋糕的水準真係唔錯,糕身濕潤鬆軟,充滿濃厚蛋香,柚子皮入口時有獨特的香味,一點也不苦澀,反而帶點甘甜微酸,好似食緊蜜餞一樣,口感一流。有人已經即時吩咐我下次經過,一定要買多幾款口味返嚟俾佢試。
