To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Best vegan wrap I’ve every had 🤩. It was very generously filled with tofu, avocado, hummus, garlic mayo, mixed greens and of course, an abundance of kale!!!

The tofu is soft but not mushy, still quite stable but very soft when bitten. It was well flavored with the garlic mayo which helped it be less bland.

There wasn’t a lot of avocado in the wrap, 2 - 3 slices but it was very sufficient. The avocados were creamy, and perfect with the nuttiness from the hummus and the tortilla, also well matched with the crunchy kale.

There was definitely a lot of kale, all big pieces too. It was well coated in oil and dressing which I don’t know if I like it not as it was a bit too greasy 😬.

The mixed greens especially included red cabbage which was really crisp and sweet, an amazing contrast from the creamy, nutty wrap. The ice berg lettuce was also very refreshing.

The hummus was really really delicious. I ate it alone with the tortilla and it was so good. It’s nutty and smooth but still has lumps of chickpea to not make it so boring. They also give you the perfect amount 👍.

The star of this wrap had to be the whole wheat tortilla. It’s so aromatic and absolutely perfect. The taste is nutty and strong, so you get the real-whole-wheat taste and smell. The texture is fluffy and easy to peel apart and eat it alone with the hummus 😋. It is also not soggy at all unlike the wrap I had at MANA!Soho which fell apart because the liquid from the grilled vegetables make the wrap entirely soggy and mushy 😣. There is also a bend at the end of the wrap where the tortilla is thickest there and it’s super delicious as it’s chewy, soft and tender; not to mention the aroma and flavor is super strong and nutty.

The restaurant itself is small but spacious. They also provide self-service water which is great and perfect if you want a quiet place to study or sit down.

💬 Overall, highly recommend this restaurant and the wrap, I took one of their loyalty cards so I’ll be sure to come back and try their other wraps and dishes, especially curious about their salad selection and almond butter and banana kale wrap 😝. The only thing that bothers me is that it is quite expensive 🥲.
