係灣仔返工既朋友應該唔陌生吧😆我都默默去左幾次,真係大份抵食👍🏻◾️脆皮燒春雞 🐥:名物之一,差唔多個個都一人一份。一份得半隻炸雞🔥熱辣辣。上菜嘅時候感受到有股熱氣♨️搣雞肉嘅時候係會淥手既,所以最好就攤一攤,唔好咁心急🤣目測雞大小適中,但係我覺得雞肉比較單薄😌雞皮薄脆。雞肉嫩滑多汁💦撕開雞肉嘅時候會見到有肉汁流出。味道香口,亦十分油膩🫥◾️黑椒豬手🐷:實物有啲震撼,豬手有兩個拳頭咁大✊🏻豬手有炆同炸兩種烹調方法。炆豬手既豬皮比較腍,雖然滿滿骨膠原,不過比較滯。肉質會比較嫩同入味。而炸豬手,外層會比較香口。肉質相比下會比較乾。因為我唔食豬皮,單論肉質我鍾意炆豬手多啲,juicy啲💦同行既朋友會食埋豬皮,所以佢鍾意炸既多啲。❣️不過炸豬手要喺落單嘅時候講埋💬唔係佢一般都會係炆豬手。◾️芝士焗肉醬意粉🍝:似以前舊式茶餐廳果種👍🏻即使無咗肉醬汁,意粉都有酸味味嘅味道。除此之外,酸甜既肉醬,芝士淡淡奶香,清甜粟米🫶🏻味道豐富,唔單調。意粉口感軟硬適中。好似有種魔力禁,令人停唔到口😋同依家嘅一般肉醬意粉唔同,真係一試難忘啊~係我暫時食過最好食嘅肉醬意粉!
