To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

臨近聖誕佳節,飯局特別多,今次就來到九龍城富豪東方酒店儷廊咖啡室吃大餐,自助晚餐換上「東瀛•鮮味」主題,主打日式海鮮爐端燒,最近還有推廣優惠,星期一至四成人每位只需$318已包加一,星期五至日、公眾假期及其前夕成人每位$338,以酒店buffet來說,價錢不貴。餐廳環境寬敞,座位之間不會排得太擠,店員勤快收碟執拾,坐得舒服自在。加上臨近聖誕節亦有不少佈置裝飾,添上濃厚的節日氣氛,可以打卡影相。吃buffet 當然必吃冰鎮海鮮,款式有松葉蟹腳、海蝦、黃金螺、藍青口及蜆,而且全程一直有refill。我自己就最喜歡吃蟹腳,爽彈蟹肉雪白細膩,鎖住原始鮮甜海味。魚生刺身都是即叫即切,來貨夠新鮮。龍蝦每人限取半隻,肉質鮮爽,而且龍蝦膏亦夠飽滿。爐端燒帶來多款熱辣辣的串燒美食,再掃上特製醬汁帶出食材的鮮味及香氣。爐端燒款式繁多,包括鯖魚、雞翼、青口、海蝦、瀨尿蝦、帆立貝、牛舌及芝士腸等等。個人推介燒鯖魚,火候和時間都控制得剛好,魚肉可口多汁。熱盤款式頗多,大多以中式為主,薑蔥蒸龍脷柳魚肉鮮嫩,不會蒸得過了火候,高蛋白低脂肪,可說是老少皆宜的菜式。薑蔥炒椒蟹蟹肉炒得夠鑊氣,鹹香入味,惹味得令人停不了口
