天氣轉凍,石燒和牛就最適合。叫左2個set,先來一碗櫻花蝦面豉湯暖下肚,再來一個沙律開下胃,就可以正式燒我最鐘意既和牛啦。😍😍300幾度既高溫可以迅速鎖住和牛既肉汁,食落口外焦內嫩,簡直震撼味蕾,食多几件都五會膩。燒牛肉既同時加上幾片菇係隔離,滴菇吸收曬滴牛油,鮮味得來有牛既香味,別有一番風味。另外叫既海鮮會,帶子同虎蝦都好大粒,點上牛油進行香煎,嫩口得來有香濃既牛油味,呢滴咪就係高級餐廳既感覺羅。最後果個甜品依然有驚喜,睇落普通既雲呢嗱雪糕,淋上即磨抹茶醬,抹茶醬瞬間凝固,兩者加埋一齊食,口感層次豐富,很不錯的食飯體驗,值得再來。
