去到荃灣火鍋之塔 ─ 大鴻輝中心,梗係要打邊爐!最近頂層21樓開左間新嘅火鍋店,裝修雅致,環境舒服。火鍋湯底選擇唔少,我地就揀左醉雞鍋,湯底有滿滿嘅藥材,真材實料,而雞就用左酒去醃,充滿酒香,兩個人食半隻就啱啱好。原來打算叫牛頸脊,但無貨,所以就轉左食牛腹肉,點知質素都唔錯。牛腹肉即係「牛五花」,油脂比較多,好啱打邊爐。水餃、丸類都可以叫半份,適合兩個人食,咁就更有彈性叫多啲野食。竹蔗茅根水好抵飲,一大樽都只係$38,大約斟到五杯。而且味道清新,唔會太甜。🔹花雕藥膳醉雞鍋($198半隻)🔹上等手切牛腹肉($298)🔹鳳城水餃($42半份)🔹芝士蝦丸($42半份)🔹鮮腐竹($38)🔹皇帝菜($45)🔹竹蔗茅根水($38)
