To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冬天一到，凍冰冰的天氣，又是食羊腩煲的好日子，補一補，暖一暖身。今晚又不想煮，又和囡囡到附近的煌府食晚飯，最近又再重推羊腩煲。羊腩煲羊腩煲選了貴價的黑山羊，沒有羊騷味，一煲有很多羊腩，十分足料，還有羊腩煲必備的炸枝竹，花菇，蓮藕，馬蹄。湯汁的味道不會死鹹，不是用了過重的味精。羊腩爽脆，肉嫩，配上腐乳醬，非常惹味。枝竹非常入味。柚子蝦球柚子醬非常清新，蝦彈牙，炸粉漿不會過厚，加上柚子醬汁，配上柚子粒，非常開胃。千層薑汁糕即叫即整，非常煙韌的千層糕，薑味濃郁，吃完後，身體非常胃，正。
